Laminate gives you the look of hardwood at a fraction of the cost, and today's water-resistant planks hold up to kids, pets and everyday spills. The install is what makes it last: old flooring removed, the subfloor checked and flattened, proper underlayment, expansion gaps at the walls, and clean transitions at every doorway. We finish with baseboard and trim so the new floor looks built-in, not laid on top.

Our Process

Measure

We measure every room, check the subfloor, and help you choose a plank that fits the house.

Prep

Old flooring comes out, low spots are leveled, and underlayment goes down.

Install

Planks are laid with staggered joints and expansion gaps, with jambs undercut for a clean fit.

Trim Out

Transitions, baseboard and trim go on, and the rooms are cleaned and ready for furniture.
