About Rosales Remodeling
An owner-run remodeling company based in Oakland, serving the Bay Area six days a week.
Built on work done right behind the walls
Rosales Remodeling is run by Edgar Fernandez out of Oakland's Dimond District, on a simple promise: show up when we say we will, build it properly behind the tile and under the floor as well as on the surface, and leave your home cleaner than we found it. Most of our work comes by word of mouth — one satisfied neighbor telling the next.
Remodeling Bay Area homes teaches you things a showroom never will. Hundred-year-old walls that are never quite square. Floors that have settled for decades before the new tile goes down. Kitchens where the plumbing, wiring and ductwork all run through the one wall you want to remove. We plan for all of it before the work starts, so the finished room fits the house it's in.
Today we handle kitchen and bathroom remodeling, tile installation and removal, laminate flooring, interior wall removal and installation, painting and complete interior remodels — all under one crew. We're open Monday through Saturday, 7 AM to 6 PM, and every estimate is free.

Our Mission
Give Bay Area homeowners kitchens, bathrooms and rooms that work the way they live, built to last well past the finishes they replaced. Treat every customer like a neighbor, because most of them are. Earn the next referral with the work itself.
Our Promise
If you're not happy with the work, tell us and we'll come back and make it right. No questions, no excuses. That's how we've built a customer list that runs almost entirely on referrals.
